Pentecost XXI

October 21, 2007 – Pentecost XXI – Mission Sunday – St. Hilarion, Ab – Ss Ursula & Comp, VvMm
Third Sunday of the Month – Confession Sunday – Confessions will be heard before and/or during all Masses. Childrens’ Confessions are scheduled for 10:30 AM.

Servers Needed
A serving volunteer or two is needed to serve the 5:45 PM Mass on some Sundays when we have early Vespers. Please speak with Bishop Dolan if you are able to commit to this endeavor. Remember that many graces are obtained by serving at Our Lord’s altar during Holy Mass.

All Souls Day Envelopes
Please remember to fill out your All Souls Day envelopes for your beloved deceased. Envelopes may be found in the pews, in the vestibule and in the bookstore. Place them in the collection basket or hand them to an usher. The envelopes will remain upon the altar all during the month of November. All Souls Day is November 2nd this year, which also happens to be First Friday.

Lost and Found
There are numerous articles to be claimed in the lost and found department. Of special note are rosaries, missals, purses, hats, and sweaters. A table will be placed in the entry area of the church for the next two Sundays with all the items displayed. Unclaimed items will be sent to the mission churches.
