Dedication of the Basilicas of Ss. Peter & Paul

November 18th, 2007 – Dedication of Basilicas of Ss Peter & Paul – Pentecost XXV
Today’s Mass is that of November 18, with the commemoration and Last Gospel of Epiphany VI, and the third collect of the Octave of St. Gertrude. We welcome today Father Marcus Ramolla. Father is offering the 9:00 AM Solemn High Mass. Father Ramolla will give his First priestly blessing at 8:30 AM and at 12:30 PM. All parishoners are invited to a cake and punch reception in Helfta Hall in honor of the newly ordained Fr. Ramolla following the High Mass. Vespers and Benediction are at 4:45 PM.

Parental Reminder
Parents please be mindful of your children before, during and after Mass. Too many dear ones are given free reign to run unsupervised through the parking lot, in Helfta Hall, and outside. Children need to be taught self control and respect for church property. Remember, this is God’s house and not a play ground. Let’s prevent a possible tragedy by holding onto hands while walking to and from Mass through the parking lot.

Clinic Enthronement
Congratulations to Dr. Mary Ann Wozny and her staff at St. Martin’s Clinic, for the recent enthronement of the Sacred Heart as King there. Our Lord wishes to reign in the professional world as well as our domestic one, and deigns to bless our dogs and cats too!
