Tuesday is the feast of St. Ignatius of Loyola, C, founder of the Society of Jesus and the 7th Tuesday of St. Anthony. The feast of the titular of the Cathedral of Cincinnati, St. Peter’s Chains is Wednesday along with The Holy Machabees. Thursday is first thursday and the feast of St. Alphonsus Liguori, BpCD, founder of the Redemptorists and St. Stephen I, Protomartyr, the saint of forgiveness. Friday is first Friday and the feast day of the Finding of St. Stephen, Protomartyr. Saturday is First Saturday and concludes with St. Dominic, C, founder of the Order of Preachers.

Summer is a season for reading. Be sure to visit the gift shop for a fine selection of books both for children and adults. Also you will find intriguing items for shrines and altars, both inside and out – another excellent summer activity.

Knights of the Sacred Heart & St. Angela Merici Girls’ Group Both groups will be cancelled from July 23-August 27.
Upcoming Events
• August 21st – 23rd: Girls’ Camp at St. Gertrude the Great. Girls attending are requested to stop by the bookstore to pick a saint from the list for their Medieval Festival Costume. The special guests for the camp will be the Sisters of St. Thomas Aquinas from Brooksville, Florida. The registration cut off date is August 12th.
